Bio

Tim Quirk spent more than 10 years as the singer and lyricist for the punk-pop band Too Much Joy (who recorded their own version of McKuen's version of "Seasons in the Sun"). He’s also been a regular contributor to Raygun and The San Francisco Chronicle, and overseen the music programming teams for Rhapsody and Google Play. His critical essays have been published in anthologies by the Oxford University Press, Best Music Writing 2010, and Popular Music. Tim is currently one half of an electro-pop outfit called Wonderlick.
