Paula Mejia
Bio
Paula Mejia is a writer and editor. Her work on music, culture, and other ephemera has appeared in The New Yorker, New York Magazine, The Paris Review, Rolling Stone, and other publications. In 2017, she co-founded and edited NPR Music’s Turning the Tables, an editorial and concert series aimed at disarming the traditionally male-dominated musical canon. Her first book, a 33 ⅓ series volume on The Jesus and Mary Chain’s Psychocandy, was published in 2016.
